Things to know about Boarding / Daycare
- All the annual vaccinations need to be up to-date and shared while booking their stay.
- Check-in and check-out hours can be done anytime between 7am to 7pm
Visiting hours to see the facility are:

Any visitor or parents shall be allowed inside the boarding sleep area only in visiting hours mentioned above, to avoid disturbing the babies sleeping in afternoon & night.
In case of any friend or family visitor planned during their stay, kindly inform in advance on our contact number (8787004236).
- Anti – tick oral medication (Bravacto/ Samparika) or Spot-on mandatorily to be given before check-in.
If ticks are found on the baby while inspection, anti – tick treatment will be done at the expense of parents.
- The following checks & precautions are taken by us to ensure your baby is tick- free:
- We thoroughly inspect them twice daily
- We avoid sending them in grass playgrounds
- We apply herbal anti tick spray and
- We brush them daily using anti-tick comb
However, all these precautions do not ensure 100% tick prevention.
We provide fresh home cooked meals (rice cooked with veggies, topped with Curd and boiled egg / chicken)
If your baby eats specific packaged for, kindly provide the same.
Overnight boarding charges are for 24 hours. On the day of pick-up, no charges will be applicable upto 2 hours after completion of 24 hours.
Beyond 2 hours, day-care charges will be applicable depending on the extra hours.
While we ensure to take care of the babies at all times during their stay, playful babies might get minor scratches.
Regular photo / video updates will be sent to the registered mobile number throughout the day during their stay.

- Female babies should not be in heat cycle during the stay or at-least 15 days prior to their stay.
In case they encounter heat during their stay, parents will be informed immediately for them to be taken back to home for their own comfort and safety.
In case of a vet visit, charges will be borne by the parents including transport
Bath is complimentary after a stay of 5 days.
Booking will be confirmed on 100% advance payment only which is non- transferable and non-returnable.

- What to expect post their stay at a boarding
These are completely normal for them, due to the change in routine and environment. Kindly do not be alarmed and give them 24-48 hours to settle down back to their routine:
- Drinking water excessively
- Change in Diet (eating more than usual or skipping 1-2 meals)
- Change in Sleep & Personality (might sleep very soundly for a day or two)
- Change in Stool (loose stool or skipped stool) or Vomiting
These are not reasons to be alarmed unless they continue for more than 48 hours.
We suggest visiting the vet only after allowing them 1-2 days to return to normal.
